Founded by Divya Tomar, a passionate animal lover and practicing lawyer since 2021, Home for Voiceless emerged from a heartfelt realization. Over the past four years, Divya has worked closely with various NGOs, dedicating her time to causes that matter. The idea of creating a safe haven for strays came to her while feeding animals on the streets. What began as an act of kindness has blossomed into a movement to make a significant impact on a larger scale.

As a Legal Consultant and Social Activist, I’ve always believed in standing up for the voiceless—and this journey has deepened that belief. Every day, feeding stray animals has been more than just giving food… it’s been about giving love, comfort, and a sense of safety to those who have no one else. My name is kanishka my journey with Home for Voiceless Foundation has been truly life-changing. As an undergraduate student and team member, I had the incredible opportunity to work closely with a cause that lies close to my heart—caring for the voiceless souls who roam our streets without food, shelter, or love.
At our NGO, we believe every life matters—especially those who cannot speak for themselves. During my time here, I was involved in rescuing, feeding, and providing medical aid to more than 20 stray animals, from abandoned puppies to injured dogs and cats. Each animal had its own story of struggle, but they all needed the same thing: compassion, care, and a safe space to heal.
This experience not only deepened my love for animals but also taught me the value of teamwork, empathy, and responsibility. I’m proud to have contributed to a mission that’s making a real difference, and I carry these lessons with me as I continue my journey in both life and learning.
