SwaNari is a women-centric skill development initiative by Home for Voiceless Foundation, dedicated to empowering housewives and homemakers through skill training, livelihood opportunities, and pathways to self-reliance. The name “SwaNari” combines “Swa” (self) and “Nari” (woman), symbolizing the rise of the self-empowered woman.
With SwaNari, Home for Voiceless Foundation envisions a future where every homemaker becomes a changemaker—contributing not only to her family’s income but also to her community and society at large.
The project focuses on supporting women—especially from low-income and marginalized communities—who have immense potential but limited access to education, income, or independence. SwaNari equips these women with practical, market-relevant skills such as:
Beyond training, SwaNari offers seed funding, toolkits, and access to microfinance, local markets, and online platforms to help women launch small businesses or secure employment. The program also includes motivational sessions, financial literacy training, and mental wellness support, nurturing the woman as a whole.
To empower homemakers—especially from underserved communities—by providing practical skills, financial knowledge, and emotional strength, enabling them to become self-reliant and active contributors to their households and society.
To build a society where every woman, regardless of her background, has the skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead a life of dignity, financial independence, and purpose.
To uplift housewives and homemakers through skill development, vocational training, and emotional empowerment. SwaNari aims to build pathways for economic freedom, social respect, and personal growth, transforming homemakers into self-reliant, empowered individuals.
